LOSSI PLATS 10, 10130 TALLINN, ESTONIA
Alexander Nevsky Cathedral est 1894-1900.
It was disliked by so many Estonians as a symbol of oppression that the authorities planned to demolish it in 1924 but due its size & lack of funds never happened. Officially the USSR was non-religious meant that many fell into decline. 1991 the church was restored when Estonia got its Independence from the Soviet Union.
